Refund policy

1. 30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging whenever possible.
2. Free Returns
We offer free returns on eligible orders. Please contact our support team before sending any item back to receive return instructions.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
4. Non-Returnable Items

- Gift cards
- Final sale items
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund when applicable.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled but may qualify for a return after delivery.
